Payment
- UK customers can pay by credit card, debit card, cash, cheque. Cash is only acceptable at exhibitions. Cheques must be accompanied by debit card and name and address details on the reverse.
- Delivery will take place once full payment has been received and cleared.
- Where payments are not cleared within 7 working days the order will be cancelled.
- Payment will include packaging and delivery insurance.
Availability
- The price and description of all artwork is correct at the time the order is placed. Any future changes will not affect the order.
- All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel any order. Should this unlikely event arise, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
- Delivery will take place within 14 days the order being placed and cleared funds being received.
- The artwork will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer when placing the order through the website or in person.
- Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any future loss or damage.
- The buyer must refuse to take delivery if the goods are damaged.
If delivery is refused for any other reason other than damage, the seller will be entitled to deduct delivery charges for the return of the item from any refund due to the buyer. Free delivery will apply to goods ordered with a value exceeding £300 provided that the delivery address is within the M25. A nominal delivery charge will apply to all other goods ordered within the UK. We will not accept orders where the delivery address is outside the UK.
Cancellation & Returns
- The buyer may cancel any order within 7 working days of delivery. If an order is cancelled the buyer must inform the seller of their intention in writing, within 7 days and must return the artwork to the seller within 14 days.
- The buyer will be responsible for return deliveries and insurance costs.
Damaged Goods/Insurance Claims
- The buyer must refuse delivery if there is noticeable damage to the packaging.
- If, on unwrapping the item, damage is clear, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receipt (or Monday if delivery takes place during a weekend) of any damage to the item.
- The buyer must include original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods.
- Any refund will be subject to the satisfaction of the seller’s insurers that a claim is genuine.
